Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Honikome website and services operated by Honikome Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Nature of engagement

Honikome operates by invitation. Access to our services and materials is extended selectively and may be granted, limited, or withdrawn at our discretion. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of services to the general public.

Access and reference codes

Certain areas of our services require a reference code or other credential shared with you directly. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any code or credential provided to you
• All activity that occurs under your access
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Not sharing access with parties outside our agreed engagement

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are owned by Honikome and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit to us, granting us a non-exclusive license to use it in connection with our services. For engagements, intellectual property rights are defined in separate project agreements.

Confidentiality

Our relationships and conversations are conducted in confidence. Materials, discussions, and information exchanged in the course of an engagement are not to be disclosed to third parties without prior agreement.

Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honikome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honikome and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination
