Agreement to Terms

Client Work

For custom development projects, intellectual property rights will be defined in separate project agreements. Generally, clients retain ownership of their custom work upon full payment, while we retain rights to our methodologies, tools, and general knowledge.

Payment Terms

For paid services, the following payment terms apply:

• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Service Availability
